We are a manufacturer and exporter of various ranges of Oil Neutralizer Equipment’s. Oil Neutralizer equipment is manufactured using high grade materials and used to control FFA (Free Fatty Acid) of crude oil by adding caustic soda. Oil is heated up to about 60°C by Steam coils and oil is stirred by stirrer. Then soap stock formed due to chemical reaction is allowed to settle at the bottom of the neutralizer from where it is taken out into soap pan. Thus, they are manufactured for controlling minimum loss of oil while storing and transportation.
The Neutralizer mandatory for cottonseed oil and castor oil (Non-Edible Seed) processing as they contain high level of acids which have to be converted into useable form.
It comes in heavy-duty fabrication with complete system to neutralize the non-edible oils. The complete system include Cylindrical Vessel with Conical Bottom, Tanks, Piping, and Valves etc.
