This machine is used for extracting oil from all seeds, nut & beans as raw materials. It is designed to ensure modern oil milling & maximum percentage of extraction from different varieties of oil seeds. Our expellers (Oil Production Machinery) are precision-engineered and are made of high grade raw material.

DESIGN of the machine is heavy duty with steel fabricated base. This ensure better alignment of the machine and the variations are reduced to a minimum. Oil collecting arrangement has also been incorporated in this structure thus avoiding the addition of an extra oil tank. The Cake discharge point is towards Gearbox side and it is properly aligned. The chances of variations in thickness of cake are reduced to a minimum. The Crammer Shaft is helpful in giving additional pressing to the raw material for maximum increase in production.

GEAR BOX has been redesigned by making it extra heavy with maximum face. The Spur gears are made up from mild steel with the driving Spiral Bevel Gear set made up of Alloy Steel. The special alloy steel material give more durability. The gears are totally enclosed inside the joint body. This reduces the noise in the machine and increase the lift of the gears changing of gears and pinions has also become an easier in these design. The male-female fitting in the two parts of gear box ensures, perfect alignment.

KETTLE which is used as cooking kettle has also been changed for better cooking of the seed. The kettle shaft is derived with a pair of belts with special tightening arrangement. This prevents slippage of belts and this increases its life. Round Heating Kettle is made of 10mm thick plate, seam welded and hydraulic tested up to 100 LBS. Two Stage or Three Stage kettle are provided as per requirement.
